3. Why do you need my social security number and date of birth?	Your social security number is used strictly as a unique identifier in out database. It is not sold to anyone or does it go into any other database on or off campus. Your date of birth is collected also as an identifying piece of information and for demographic purposes.

4. Do you accept vouchers and/or purchase orders?	Yes, vouchers and purchase orders are accepted.

5. What is the refund policy?	Refunds are issued when requested, on or before any stated registration deadline. (The deadline is one week prior to the training start date.)

7. Does this training apply to Code Enforcement Officers for in-service hours of training?	Yes these courses have been approved by the NYS Department of Conservation, the NYS Department of State, and the NYS Department of Health. View the course information page for the details.

8. Do I need a technical background for this training?	No technical background is needed for this training. The instructors assess the audience needs and adjust accordingly. However, the Foundations of Onsite Wastewater Treatment Training is a prerequisite to the Site Evaluation and Regulatory Plan review courses.

9. I'm an engineer; is this training too basic for a P.E.?	No. Many licensed P.E.'s have taken these courses. Class question and answer periods are available to answer more advanced and technical questions.

10. Do I need experience in soils to attend the Soil Analysis for Onsite Wastewater Training?	No prior experience is needed to attend the Soils course. It is basically an introductory level course, but discussions often get more advanced depending on the participants involved.

11. Can the training agenda be changed to accommodate area-specific requirements?	Yes, all of these training courses can be customized. Call SUNY Delhi at 607-746-4152 and speak with the Onsite Training Coordinator.

12. Does SUNY Delhi offer online courses?	Yes. Delhi offers online courses and "Ed-to-Go" programs, but not for the Onsite Wastewater Training Network. Call 607-746-4504 for details or send us your inquiry.
