SUNY Delhi - SCCC Financial Aid

Filing for financial aid at SUNY Delhi is similar to filing at SCCC

Be sure you:

  • File your FAFSA listing SUNY Delhi's federal school code, 002857.  Click here for details.  If you have already filed a FAFSA, make sure SUNY Delhi's school code, 002857, is listed
  • File your TAP application at www.tapweb.org  using SUNY Delhi's TAP code, 6020.  If you filed your TAP application using  SCCC school code, change the TAP code to 6020. 
  • Receive an award letter from SUNY Delhi.  Follow the directions on the award letter to go online to accept or decline your Stafford and PLUS loans.
  • Respond promptly to all requests for additional information and paperwork.
  • Stafford Loan borrowers: (All first time borrowers at SUNY Delhi must do BOTH steps)
    1. Complete an online Stafford Loan e-MPN (Master Promissory Note) at www.hesc.org 
    2. Complete online Entrance Counseling at mapping-your-future.org
  • PLUS loan borrowers:  (All PLUS borrowers must do a Credit Check each year)
    1. Complete an online PLUS loan Credit Check for PLUS Eligibility and an e-MPN (Master Promissory Note) at www.hesc.org

NOTE: All first time Stafford and PLUS loan borrowers at SUNY Delhi MUST do an online e_MPN at the website listed above, even if you did a Direct Loan e-MPN at SCCC

If you are not sure if you have completed the above steps, go online to www.delhi.edu/financialaid , and click on Access your Financial Aid Information.  Your User ID is your social security number or your Delhi ID number.  If this is the first time you have logged in, your PIN is your six digit date of birth (mmddyy). You will be prompted to change your password.  Do not try to use letters or characters, it must be numbers only.   If you have logged in before, you will use the password you have created.  Use the "Forgot PIN?" link to log in if you cannot remember your password..

If you are also enrolled in classes at SCCC, are required to complete a visiting student form each semester to ensure that your financial aid is processed correctly.  NOTE: You must also process your SCCC bill according to SCCC guidelines, or your classes at SCCC will be dropped.
