Online Veterinary Technology financial aid

As a part time student, you are eligible for some financial aid if you are registered for at least 6 credits per semester.  Most financial aid is processed online.

  Financial Aid Checklist:

  1. File your FAFSA
  2. Make sure your FAFSA has Delhi' federal school code, 002857 listed.
  3. Review and respond to your award letter
  4. Complete loan applications, if you are taking a loan.
  5. Respond promptly to all requests of information
  6. Submit a Visiting Student form if you are also taking classes at Empire State College.

Follow the instructions on your award letter for logging in to the BroncoWeb to accept, reduce or decline your Stafford and PLUS loans

  • Award letters are sent to accepted student who have filed their FAFSA with SUNY Delhi listed. The award letter assumes that you will be registered for at least 6 credits.
  • Contact the Financial Aid Office at financialaid@delhi.edu if you have questions or you will be taking more or less than six credits.

Student and Parent Loans

  • First time Stafford Loan borrowers at SUNY Delhi:
  • PLUS loan borrowers:  
    • Complete an online PLUS credit check and PLUS loan e-MPN (Master Promissory Note) at www.hesc.org  (first time PLUS borrowers only) top

Respond promptly to all requests for additional information and paperwork. top

Submit a completed a visiting student form and a copy of your Empire State College (ESC) registration confirmation to your SUNY Delhi advisor if you are also taking classes through ESC.  Once your SUNY Delhi bill has been paid, you may use any refund you receive toward your ESC bill.  However, your SUNY Delhi refund is not available until after September 3rd, the first day of SUNY Delhi classes, so you will need to pay your ESC bill and then be reimbursed by your refund.   top
