How do I order a transcript?
For complete instructions on ordering an academic transcript, you may visit our web page. Former students who attended 1990 or later may order their transcript via this link .
What is my General PIN and how is it used?

As of May 15, 2023, all students will be required to reset their Single Sign On (SSO) password to meet higher complexity standards. Your new password must be at least 12 characters (with upper, lower, and number characters required). This password replaces the PIN used for campus computers and all SSO login systems (ex: e-mail, BroncoWeb, D2L). Additionally, you will be required to use Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for many systems.

For password help, please click call the Help Desk at (607) 746-4835 or click this link: https://delhi.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/277/Portal/KB/ArticleDet?ID=10711.

The General PIN is different and should not be confused with your Alternate PIN, which is used at Registration and provided to you by your academic advisor.

I forgot my General PIN. How do I get into Bronco Web?

When you first used your General PIN to access Bronco Web, you were required to enter a "Hint Question" and an "Answer." If you click on the "Forgot Pin" button on the sign-on screen, the system will present you with your hint question and wait for you to supply the proper answer. Once you enter the correct answer, you will immediately be forced to change your General PIN (to a value you will hopefully remember in the future) before allowing you further into Bronco Web.

Once in Bronco Web, you may alter your General PIN, your hint question and/or your hint answer by following the menus under "Personal Information."

If you are not able to get into Bronco Web because you have forgotten your hint question, you may visit the Registrar's Office (124 Bush Hall) in person for assistance gaining access.

For requests via telephone or SUNY Delhi email, a new General PIN will be generated and mailed to your permanent address on file.

I requested a transcript to be sent by fax this morning. Why have I not received it yet?

Transcript requests are normally processed within five to ten business days from the receipt of request, except during particularly busy times (e.g., end of term). Transcript requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Requests for fax copies do NOT get priority handling.

Can I get a copy of my grades mailed home?
Grades are only available on Bronco Web .
How do I obtain information about a student's grades?

Student records are protected under federal law by the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA).  Students can file a FERPA Release Form with the college, which identifies to whom the college may release information.  If your student has not filed this form at the Registrar's Office (124 Bush Hall), information cannot be released.

Please note that all transcript requests must contain the student's signature.

No grades are disclosed via e-mail, whether to the student or someone with a signed FERPA consent form.

A signed FERPA form does not authorize a third party to process transactions on the student's behalf.

How do I log in to Bronco Web?
Bronco Web is a central portal where students can access their financial aid information, view their bill, register for classes and more. Log in to Bronco Web  using your Delhi student ID and login information (found in acceptance letter). You will be prompted to change your password and to create a "hint question" and "answer."
How do I update my mailing address?

Log in to Bronco Web  to change your address.

If you are unable to log in to Bronco Web, please email your updated address to registrar@delhi.edu from your Delhi student email account.

Come to the Registrar's Office (Bush Hall Room 124) with photo ID and fill out the change of address form.

If you have graduated, you may go to the Alumni & Giving web page at this link Alumni & Giving and click on the link labeled, "Update Your Information."
