Students studying hospitality management gain valuable
experience through the various labs located in Alumni Hall. Hotel
rooms sponsored by Gaylord Palms and Marriott, banquet facilities,
and the student operated Signatures Restaurant serve as real-world
laboratories to test students’ knowledge of their chosen field.
