Friday evenings features Signatures by Candlelight. This learning laboratory is operated by the Culinary Arts students and offers fine dining. Students rotate through all the positions of a restaurant including garde manger chef, line cook, pastry chef, expediter and serving staff. Development and presentation of unique recipes for both American and Classical dining presentations is the hallmark of this student dining experience. Each Friday, a five course, prix fixe menu will be offered.  Wine is available from our wine list for additional purchase.

Reservations are required and may be made by calling 607-746-4419 Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Seatings are available from 5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. The restaurant is located on the second floor of the Alumni Hall Hospitality Center.
