Friday evenings feature Signatures by Candlelight. This learning laboratory is operated by the Culinary Arts majors and offers a five-course prix-fixe fine dining experience. Students enrolled in this course rotate through all the positions of the restaurant including garde manger chef, line cook, pastry chef, expediter and server. Development and presentation of unique recipes from both American and Classical cuisine are the hallmarks of this dining experience. Wine pairings are recommended by our student sommeliers and are available at an additional cost.

Reservations are required and may be made by calling Kirsty Miller, Alumni Hall Assistant, at 607-746-4115 Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Seatings are available from 5:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. The restaurant is located on the second floor of the Alumni Hall Hospitality Center.
