Signatures Student Restaurant is a modern dining room facility which provides opportunities for students to gain experience in a wide range of food preparation and dining room service. Our goal is to provide a learning laboratory which mirrors the industry - the operation of a successful business.

During the fall and spring semesters, students enrolled in Hotel and Resort Management and Restaurant and Foodservice Management programs operate a Lunch Restaurant. Students develop the menu and test recipes prior to opening for the public. Each student participates in all positions within the restaurant during the semester - host, serving staff, line cook, salad chef, and expediter. The Signatures by Daylight Restaurant is open on the following Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11:00am-1:30pm. All students, with current student identification, receive a discount on all menu items.

Dates of Standard Operation are Tuesdays and Thursdays 11:00 a.m. -1:30 p.m. on:
