Insurance

Health insurance is required of all full-time students. Students will automatically be enrolled and charged ($304 for 2007 - 2008) for the student plan unless a waiver request form, identifying alternate coverage, is received in the office of Student Accounts. Part-time students may enroll voluntarily. The student plan coverage is for accidents, injuries and acute illnesses. Dependent enrollment is also available. Information about the student accident and health insurance is available at College Association at Delhi (CADI) or Student Health Services. If you have an HMO or private health insurance that requires preauthorization before seeing a physician, you are responsible for obtaining the authorization that is required.
