Medical Excuses

Students are encouraged to make arrangements with their instructors when illness interferes with course work or class attendance. Student Health Services does not normally provide medical excuses and will not release medical information without written consent of the student. The staff will notify the academic department in cases of documented extended illnesses or hospitalizations.
