Self-care Cold Center

WHERE?
Lobby of Foreman Hall.

WHEN?
The service is available when the Health Service is open.

HOW?
Students simply come to the "cold table" at any time during service hours. It is not necessary to sign in at the front desk.

A short questionnaire must be completed that is designed to screen for more serious illness, in which case the student should be evaluated at the medical clinic. The questionnaire also is structured in such a way as to guide students to the cough and cold products most appropriate to their symptoms.The questionnaire becomes part of the legal medical record and therefore it is important that the information provided by the student be accurate and truthful.

HOW MUCH?
This service is covered under the student health fee. There is no additional charge at the time of service.
