Signatures Cafe is a modern dining room facility which provides opportunities for students to gain experience in a wide range of food preparation and dining room service. Our goal is to provide a learning laboratory which mirrors the industry - the operation of a successful business.
During the fall and spring semesters, students enrolled in Hotel & Resort Management and Restaurant & Food Service Management programs operate Signatures Cafe, which features luncheon specialties. Students develop the menu and test recipes prior to opening to the public. Each student rotates through all positions within the restaurant during the semester - host, server, line cook, salad chef, and expediter. Signatures Restaurant is open on the following Tuesdays and Thursdays from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. All students, with current student identification, receive a discount on all menu items. Students with the 19 Meal Plan are able to use one bonus meal to experience Signatures Cafe during the semester!

Reservations are recommended and may be made by calling Tracy VerValin, Alumni Hall Assistant, at 607-746-4351 Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Seatings are available from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The restaurant is located on the second floor of the Alumni Hall Hospitality Center.
