Admission Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited associate degree program in related field
- A minimum of 60 semester hours
- Cumulative GPA of 2.0 or above
- The following foundation courses are required to be transferred in:
- Introduction to Hospitality Management (or equivalent)
- Culinary I AND Lab (or equivalent)
- Professional Baking AND Lab (or equivalent)
- Menu Planning and Controls (or equivalent)
- Nutrition I (or equivalent)
- Financial Accounting (or equivalent)
- Liberal arts and science courses with a grade of "C" or above in:
- Mathematics, Natural Sciences, Social Science or Western Civilization, American History, Other World Civilization or Foreign Language, Humanities or Arts, Basic Communication
