Riverview at SUNY Delhi

Riverview Townhouses are an upper division community located next to Price Chopper (local grocery store). The community is close enough to campus but has the feel of off-campus living. Riverview residents are part of the general community of Delhi. Living in Riverview Townhouses is a privilege and residents are held to high standards of behavior.

The Riverview Townhouses offer students an independent living environment in a small group setting. The Townhouses are fully furnished for 7, 8, or 10 students and feature double and single rooms, a full eat-in kitchen, living room, central heating and air conditioning, and a washer and dryer in each unit. This alternative housing option is for students who are successful both academically and socially at SUNY Delhi.
