Commencement 2024

Saturday, May 18, 2024, 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

The Commencement Ceremony will be held outdoors at the Track & Field Facility.

The ceremony begins promptly at 10:00 a.m. and will last approximately two (2) hours.
Students and guests are permitted to park on campus. Please enter campus through the main entrance. There will be shuttle busses transporting individuals to the Track & Field Facility starting at 7:45 a.m. Those who require handicapped parking should inform the officers at the entrance.
Parking and guest seating is first come, first served. Indoor seating is also available in The Okun Theatre. Additionally, a live stream will be available on the commencement website the day of the ceremony.
Faculty and Staff must park in the lower valley lot. A shuttle bus will be picking individuals up between 7:45 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.
A Food Truck will be available from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. They will accept cash or credit card as payment.

The order of student lineup is by degree type (Masters, Bachelors, Associates, and Certificates) and school:

School of Nursing, Arts and Sciences
School of Applied Technologies and Architecture
School of Veterinary Science and Professional Studies

Please arrive at lineup outside of Smith Hall no later than 9:00 a.m.

The Barnes & Noble Bookstore will open on Saturday, May 18th, at 7:00 a.m.. Graduates must pick up their regalia and honors cords before the ceremony.
