Cross Registration

Eligibility Criteria:

  1. Must be a full-time (minimum of 12 credit hours)
  2. In a degree seeking program
  3. Undergraduate-level student

Complete Student Guidelines for SUNY Cross-Registration

Quick Summary:

  • Up to 6 credit hours per semester (fall and spring).
  • Cross-registration can only be at SUNY colleges.
  • If you drop below full-time at your home college, you may be liable for tuition at the host college.
  • Form available (SUNY Cross-Registration Agreement)

Benefits:

  • Students can take classes tuition free at any one of the 61 SUNY schools across the state
  • Credits from host college brought back to home college as transfer credits.

To register at another school (Host school) with Delhi as your Home School:

  • Take a look at the Transfer Equivalencies to make sure the course you are looking to register is equivalent or not. If you do not see the course listed, contact your advisor or division office.
  • Fill out the SUNY Cross-Registration Agreement
  • Get approval and signatures from your advisor and SUNY Delhi's Registrar's Office
  • Contact the Host school to get the appropriate approval
  • Complete any required forms at the Host school
  • Return the completed SUNY Cross-Registration Agreement back to SUNY Delhi's Registrar's office
