For complete instructions on ordering an academic transcript, you may call our transcript request line at 607-746-4617, or visit our web page.
All students attending SUNY Delhi since Fall 1999 have been assigned a General PIN. This number is a six digit Personal Identification Number. Entry to Bronco Web requires use of the General PIN in conjunction with your student ID number, or social security number, as an electronic signature. At your initial login you will be prompted to update your General PIN. Make sure you establish a hint question that is easy to remember, so if you should forget your PIN, you can use the "FORGOT PIN" option.
The General PIN is different and should not be confused with your Alternate PIN, which is used at Registration and provided to you by your academic advisor.
When you first used your General PIN to access Bronco Web you were required to enter a "Hint Question" and an "Answer." If you click on the "Forgot Pin" button on the sign-on screen, the system will present you with your hint question and wait for you to supply the proper answer. Once you enter the correct answer, you will immediately be forced to change your General PIN (to a value you will hopefully remember in the future) before allowing you further into Bronco Web.
Once in Bronco Web, you may alter your General PIN, your hint question and/or your hint answer by following the menus under "Personal Information."
If you are not able to get into Bronco Web because you have forgotten your hint question, you may visit the Registrar's Office (124 Bush Hall) in person for assistance gaining access.
For requests via telephone or SUNY Delhi email, a new General PIN will be generated and mailed to your permanent address on file.
Transcript requests are normally processed within forty-eight business hours of receipt of request, except during particularly busy times (e.g., end of term). Transcript requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Requests for fax copies do NOT get priority handling.
Student records are protected under federal law by the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). Students can file a FERPA Release Form with the college, which identifies to whom the college may release information. If your student has not filed this form at the Registrar's Office (124 Bush Hall), information cannot be released.
Please note that all transcript requests must contain the student's signature.
If you are an incoming student, your schedule will be created for you at a Bronco Ready Day.
If you are a returning student (returning after a leave from Delhi), your schedule will be created for you in conjunction with your Academic School office.
If you are not a SUNY Delhi student but wish to take a course with us, please refer to our Continuing Education information.
