The course sets out to give a detailed view of the field of consumer behavior and to discuss key concepts and issues. Course Description: This course applies classical and contemporary theories of morality to problems, questions and dilemmas arising in business. The major concepts and principles of deontological, teleological and mixed theories which include intuitionism and the divine command theory will be examined and used to analyze cases involving such areas as strategic planning, financial reporting, information technology, corporate social responsibility, corporate culture, corporate governance and compliance, and health care.
