Program Summary
The Bachelor of Technology (B.T.) degree program in Construction Management: Design and Building is intended to prepare future construction professionals in many aspects of the industry. The program is unique and touches base in all facets of construction, from Residential to Commercial all the way to Heavy construction. The programs roots reach back to 1933 where the first post-secondary construction program in the United States of America started here at Delhi. Our faculty strive to produce the next industry leaders preparing them for the challenges and responsibilities that the industry holds. Through a rigorous curriculum mixing construction, architecture and business classes, students are well rounded when being introduced to their field. Unique to the program is a full semester internship only further preparing our students. Through beginning your studies in our Construction Technology A.A.S. Delhi offers one of the few 2+2 degree options in existence, allowing you to finish your four years with both an Associates and Bachelor degree.
