Regalia: Student groups are wanted to sign up for the semester to help staff our gently-used clothing store here on campus, with all proceeds going to student scholarships. Come to the OCCE to sign up for your group to commit to one day, 1-3 hours a week all semester.
Bronco Buddies: Our own SUNY Delhi Bronco Buddies engage with local South Kortright Elementary School students in an ongoing, weekly commitment that would be semester or year-long with their CROP Program. Contact Elizabeth in the OCCE office if you are interested in this meaningful opportunity. If you are interested, the sooner you get in touch with us, the more likely it will be for us to get you on the bus! This is a great program! Leave campus at 2:30, return about 5:30, Monday, Wednesday, Friday.
Woodland Cemetery: Come help us keep this beautiful historic place in the fall, raking, and transporting leaves to keep the cemetery looking beautiful. Sign up in the OCCE office for Saturdays in October.
Farm Olympics: October 9th, 10th, and 11th the taste of Catskills needs help with set up, timing events, taking pictures, and working the registration table. There are various times, but a limited number of slots. Get yours today at the OCCE office in Farrell.
CROP Walk: Sunday October 18th. Register though the sister of MIU or find out about it at the O'Connor Center for Community Engagement. Walk starts down at the Courthouse Square by United Ministries. Please bring a can of food for the shared meal after the walk or to go towards the Delhi Food Bank.
American Red Cross Blood Drive: Thursday November 12, In the Farrell Promenade from 10:30 - 4 pm. Join the Red Cross Club by going to the OCCE to find out more. Help save a life and earn a scholarship for a student!
Conference on Volunteerism: Saturday November 21st at SUNY Oneonta. Free registration, with breakfast, lunch and tee shirt provided. We leave campus at 8:35, and the conference ends at 2:30. Sign up in the OCCE to get your spot on the bus! Presentations wanted. Bring your ideas to Elizabeth Sova in 217 Farrell Center.

Local Food Pantry in Delhi at the United Ministries Church behind the bank on Church Street. Drop off donations between 1 - 3 pm on Mondays and Thursdays in the basement, Fellowship Hall. Volunteers needed to staff the pantry. Contact Deb at 607-746-1665 or Regina at 607-746-1670 for more information.
Head Start: Help Delaware Opportunities raise money to purchase backpacks and school supplies for the preschoolers who are going into kindergarten next year. Whatever we raise will be matched by the O'Connor Foundation! This is open to individuals and organizations alike. You can do any type of fundraiser, just bring the money to the OCCE and make sure it is put in the exchange account. Last year we helped them get a very large matching grant. Can we do it again? Yes we can!
The Arc of Delaware County: This nationally renowned organization participates on and off campus with service-learning and other co-curricular events like Holiday parties and Study Buddies. Contact the OCCE for more information
