What is my username and password?

Usernames and Initial Passwords...

E-mail Outlook Web Access (Faculty & Staff only)

• Faculty/Staff Username:  First six letters of your last name, first and middle initial @delhi.edu 
  
  • Ex: John D. Smith would be smithjd@delhi.edu
• Faculty/Staff Password:  Email password is unique and initial password can be obtained from your supervisor.

Student Email

To find your email address:

• Log into Bronco Web
• Click 'Personal Information', then click 'View E-mail Addresses'. Your SUNY Delhi Student email address is listed here.
  • Ex: initials##@live.delhi.edu ie: gp36@live.delhi.edu
• Password: Bronco Web PIN

Bronco Web

• UserID: 800 ID Number 
• Password: Bronco Web PIN (this PIN is only numbers) Your initial password is listed on your Acceptance Letter.
  
  • IMPORTANT  If you change your PIN number in Bronco Web it will also be changed for Vancko Hall, Email, Bronco Wireless and GoPrint. **When you change your Bronco Web PIN, it may take up to 20 minutes to update your other accounts.**

Vancko Hall

Students:

• Username:  First part of your email address.  Ex: jd34 **NOTE: you do NOT put @live.delhi.edu - ONLY jd34**
• Password:  Bronco Web PIN

Faculty & Staff:

• Username:  Network username (First six letters of your last name, first and middle initial) NO @delhi.edu Ex: smithjd
  
• Password:  Network password (you use this at CNT-ALT-DEL on your campus computer)

SUNY System

• Username:  Network username (First six letters of your last name, first and middle initial) NO @delhi.edu Ex: smithjd
  
• Password:  Network password (you use this at CNT-ALT-DEL on your campus computer)

Confluence (Any employee is eligible for this account but they are created only upon request)

• UserID: Network username
• Password: Please call

Bronco Wireless

Students:

• Username:  800 ID number OR your full student email address
• Password:  Bronco Web PIN

Faculty & Staff:

• Password:  Network password (you use this at CNT-ALT-DEL on your campus computer)

Notes:

• The information listed above will only help you if you have not changed your passwords.

• If you are having difficulty with your password make sure the Caps Lock is off. Try the password with Caps Lock on and off.
