Announcements
New Student Financial Aid Packets
New students that have been accepted for Fall 2024 and have completed the 2024-2025 FAFSA will start to receive their financial aid packets in the mail and via their SUNY Delhi email by the end of April. Students can still apply for financial aid by starting with the FAFSA application at studentaid.gov/fafsa.
NYS Excelsior Scholarship
The Fall 2024 Excelsior Scholarship application will be open for new applicants from 5/23/2024 - 8/31/2024. New Excelsior Scholarship applicants are encouraged to complete the 2024-2025 FAFSA & NYS Student Aid Payment Application, along with a separate NYS Excelsior Scholarship application, when available. This application is for students looking to receive a first-time award for the Fall 2024 term. Current Excelsior Scholarship recipients do not need to re-apply for the scholarship each year, but must maintain academic eligibility and complete the FAFSA and TAP applications.
SUNY Delhi Campus Based Scholarship Application
The Campus Based Scholarship Application is now open and all new and returning students are encourages to apply!
SUNY Foster Youth College Success Initiative (FYCSI)
The FYCSI program provides financial aid support to eligible recipients. All students - regardless of immigration status - are eligible to access funding and resources through FYCSI if they are determined eligible. Check out the SUNY FYCSI website for eligibility criteria and if you believe you may be eligible, submit the Consent form to Student Financial Services using our Secure Upload Link.
Student Loan Payments Resume
Because of legislation passed by Congress, the student loan payment pause is ending. Interest resumes on Sept. 1, 2023 and payments are due in October 2023. Click here for more information.
Federal Student Aid (FSA) has released a 30 minute video for Repayment 101 to help you prepare to payments that are resuming in October.

Part-Time Aid Options

SUNY Tuition Refund Policy
Students who withdraw from college or drop individual classes may incur liability, based on the date of withdrawal for full semester (15 week) classes. If you are considering withdrawing from college, or may drop individual classes, the full SUNY Delhi refund policy, including housing/meal plan refunds, and deadlines can be found on our Withdrawal from College web page.
