College and Financial Aid Refunds

SUNY Delhi is partnering with BankMobile Disbursements to bring more refund options to our students¬≠. For more information about BankMobile, please visit http://bankmobiledisbursements.com/refundchoices/

Your refund choices include:

  • DEPOSIT TO AN EXISTING ACCOUNT - Money is transferred to an existing account the same business day BankMobile receives the funds from SUNY Delhi.  Typically, it takes 1-2 business days for the receiving bank to credit the money to your account.
  • DEPOSIT TO A BANKMOBILE VIBE ACCOUNT - If you open a BankMobile Vibe checking account (upon identity verification), money is deposited the same business day BankMobile receives the funds from SUNY Delhi.

If you're not sure that SUNY Delhi has your current permanent mailing address, please take a moment to visit Bronco Web to view your address information today. Once logged in to Bronco Web, click on the "Personal Information" Tab, then click "View Addresses and Phones." Make any changes necessary by selecting the "Update Addresses and Phones" link. Your Refund Selection Kit will be mailed to your current permanent address on file with the college. Therefore, it is critical that you verify your mailing address.

The college shall receive payment first and will refund (if applicable) Stafford and/or PLUS loans after they have been applied to the student's account. Financial Aid refunds are generated from the last financial aid type to pay on the account. All refunds, except PLUS refunds, will be made payable to the student. Any refunds from a PLUS Loan will be made payable to the parent/borrower, unless the parent/borrower has requested otherwise on the Parent PLUS loan application.
