| What is the Day of Giving Campaign? |
SUNY Delhi’s Day of Giving is a fundraising event to support current and future students. All gifts and commitments dedicated to the Day of Giving made by Thursday, April 1st before 11:59 p.m. EDT, will count towards the Day of Giving Campaign totals. On this special day we call on all SUNY Delhi community members to come together to give back in various ways. Day of Giving gifts will help to ensure that SUNY Delhi students have the resource and support to be successful in their hands-on Delhi education experience. |
| Why should I participate? |
The Day of Giving demonstrates the collective power of the SUNY Delhi community. Your generosity ensures students have access to Delhi’s exceptional hands-on education that prepares them for lifelong success. Together, we are strengthening a community that supports and creates opportunities for all of SUNY Delhi’s students. Your contribution makes an additional impact thanks to the generous donors who provide challenge funds. With your gift, you can help your favorite area of the college win these challenge funds. |

| Is my gift 100% tax deductible? | Yes! All gifts made the College Foundation are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. |

Timed Challenges
- First Gift
The donor who makes the first gift on April 1 wins a SUNY Delhi shirt. - First Student Gift
The first student donor receives a SUNY Delhi Alumni gift package. - Last Gift
The donor who makes the last gift on April 1 wins a SUNY Delhi hat.
Student, Faculty, & Staff Challenges
- Class of 2026 Challenge
One randomly selected donor from the Class of 2026 wins a free cap & gown for commencement. - Faculty & Staff
Three faculty & staff donors will be randomly selected to designate $250 each to their scholarship, program or area of choice at SUNY Delhi. Challenge sponsored by: President’s Cabinet
Alumni Challenges
- All in for Delhi Alumni Challenge
The first 50 alumni Gifts, from any class year, unlocks an additional $1,000 gift from the Delhi Fund. Five randomly selected alumni donors receive SUNY Delhi socks. - Robert A. ’66 and Susan Mille Scholarship Challenge
For the General Scholarship Fund, a dollar for dollar match up to $5,000. The General Scholarship Fund Endowment makes awards to Delhi students with financial need. - Recent Alums
Gifts of all sizes from 25 alumni from the classes 2015 – 2025 unlock $1,000 for the Student Emergency Fund. One randomly selected donor wins a Delhi polo.
Athletics
- Most Athletics Donors
The athletics team with the highest number of combined donors from the Back the Broncos Challenge and the Day of Giving will receive an additional $500. - Most New Athletics Donors
The athletic team with the most first-time donors will receive an additional $500. - Largest Athletics Donation
The Delhi donor who makes the largest gift to Broncos Athletics wins $500 for the athletic program of their choice.
