Theme 4 Action Plans
  • Review the Academic Dismissal process with regard to retention and success outcomes.
  • Intentional use of scholarships in recruitment and retention
  • Get a handle on our graduation rates; we need to track all students and determine how to account for them outside "first time-full time" (tell the internal transfer story, conduct peer-to-peer NCES reports, add a question on Petition to Grad regarding prior enrollment in AA, etc.)
  • Move many Registrar functions online for ease of use, and data integrity and analysis.
  • Continue bringing prospective students and families to campus; in-person visits have big results!
  • Grow non-traditional programs (online, evening/weekend, etc.).
