Theme 1 Action Plans

After reviewing each strategic theme and engaging in data informed discussion, SUNY Delhi commits to:

  • Increase focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion for students, faculty, and staff in and out of the classroom; Diversity Training Series Microcredential.
  • Engage/continue faculty development around online learning and remote access; providing tools to succeed in a virtual environment.
  • Continue our culture in the new world of remote work and learning, for new and returning faculty/staff.
  • Focus on retention of faculty and staff (e.g., exit interview process, mentoring program, etc.).
  • Develop manager/supervisor "soft skills."
