32nd Annual SUNY Delhi Golf Classic - June 16, 2025

For more than thirty years, the SUNY Delhi Golf Classic has raised more than $500,000 to support SUNY Delhi students. We invite you to join us to take part in this fun-filled fundraising event on Monday, June 16.   

The success of this annual event is driven by the participation and sponsorship of an amazing group of businesses and individuals. As a result, the SUNY Delhi Golf Classic always brings you great food and prizes - and concludes with a celebratory buffet and awards reception.

About the SUNY Delhi Course

The College Golf Course at Delhi is located in Delhi, Delaware County, NY. The course is a classic 1960s design, renowned for its natural beauty and challenging, undulating greens. Enjoy features including: Driving Range, Practice Green, Pro Shop, Junior Golf Program, and Leagues for men, women, couples, and seniors.

 

Format
Captain and Crew – Team members may play in any order. Pick the best shot and play from that point. Continue this procedure until the ball is holed.
 
Ladies will play Red Tees; 65 and Older Play Silver Tees.
 
Gentleman will play White Tees; 65 and Older Play Gold Tees.
 
Players may lift, clean, and place the ball through the green within a distance of one club length.
 
Each player’s tee shot must be used at least two times.
 
Closest to the pin prizes on holes 2, 8, 12 and 14.
 
Longest drive for women on 9th hole. Longest drive for men on 16th hole.
Pin Placements
Pin locations are on score card. 
Tie Breaker
Ties will be broken according to USGA Guidelines.
Prizes
Gross and net prizes will be awarded.
Rules
All 2025 USGA rules apply.
 
Yellow Penalty Areas on holes 1,2, and 9 are defined by yellow stakes.
 
Red Penalty Areas on holes 2,3,4,5,6,7,8,10,11,12,13,14,15,16, and 18 are defined by red stakes.
 
Environmentally protected areas on holes 3,6,11, and 15 are defined by green stakes with red tops. They shall be played as Red penalty areas.
 
Out of bounds on holes 1,3,9 and 18 are defined by white stakes and the split rail fence that borders the course.

Local Rules
100-yard bushes and 150-yard trees are treated as immovable obstructions. Swing and stance relief may be taken.
