Deposit

  • All incoming students must pay an admission deposit.
  • The residential student deposit is $150: $50 towards an admission deposit, $100 toward a housing deposit.
  • The commuting student admission deposit is $50.
  • Online students admission deposit is $50.

  • Due to high demand and limited lab space, many of our technology programs will reach their capacity limits prior to the May 1st deadline. This may result in your application being waitlisted prior to May 1st.

  • The admission deposit for Fall 2025 is fully refundable until May 1st. The Residence Hall deposit is refundable until June 1st.

Students entering in Fall 2025 have until May 1, 2025 to request a refund of their tuition deposit. If the student is accepted after May 1, 2025 they have 30 days from the date of their acceptance to request a refund. This request must be in writing and can be sent via fax to 607-746-4104, by emailing enroll@delhi.edu, or by sending the request to SUNY Delhi, Office of Admissions, 454 Delhi Drive, Delhi, NY 13753.

  • OPTION 1:

    • Pay your deposit in your application portal under Deposit information for incoming students section
    • Hit the SUBMIT PAYMENT FOR $50.00 USD link
    • Hit the SUBMIT PAYMENT FOR $100 USD link if living on campus (If living off campus must fill out the Request to live off campus form)

      OPTION 2: (Option 1 is preferred)
      Pay by check or money order.  Make check payable to SUNY Delhi and mail to Student Financial Services, SUNY Delhi, 454 Delhi Drive, Delhi, NY 13753
