Students on Campus

Welcome Weekend

Fall 2023 Welcome Weekend – Thursday, August 24 - Sunday, August 27

Welcome Weekend will begin with Convocation, the official beginning of the SUNY Delhi Academic Year, Thursday, August 24 at 2 p.m. in the Clark Field House. After convocation, family and guests of students are encouraged to say their goodbyes so students can focus on the sessions.

Mission Statement: The mission of the Bronco Ready/Welcome Weekend programs is to provide meaningful programs and services that will enhance students’ sense of belonging to the SUNY Delhi community that prepares and positions them for academic and personal success.

Online Component:  Students were sent instructions on August 3-4 to their SUNY Delhi email address on completing the following online course before arriving on campus:  Welcome Weekend Course (which includes TRAC, and SPARC.)  The course is self-paced online.  SPARC is mandatory for all SUNY Delhi students and must be completed before the first day of classes. Failure to complete the course will result in a hold on the student's records.

Residential Move-In Information

New residential student move-in is Thursday, August 24, 2023 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Students should anticipate receiving and email to their SUNY Delhi email account from Residence Life for their specific arrival window.
