Horizons Magazine Opt-In for Print Form

The Summer 2024 edition of Horizons magazine will be the final edition offered primarily in a print format.

In our efforts to modernize and cater to reader preferences, we are introducing a new “opt-in for print” form. If you would like to continue to receive Horizons in a printed format, please complete the form below. Only individuals who opt-in will receive a printed copy.

Alumni and friends that do not “opt-in for print”, will receive a mobile friendly DIGITAL VERSION, an exact replica of the print version.
