The Office of Marketing and Communications supports SUNY Delhi’s strategic goals through creative, brand-aligned communications. We partner with campus departments to produce high-quality, professional materials across a range of media. All public-facing materials and communications must be approved by or created in collaboration with Marketing and Communications.

Project Requests	Priorities The Office of Marketing and Communications supports the college’s strategic goals by prioritizing work that has the greatest impact on student enrollment, alumni and donor engagement, and institutional reputation and visibility. If your request falls outside our scope, we may recommend alternative solutions. Lead time Turnaround times vary depending on project scope and our workload. Most projects require a minimum of 2-3 weeks of lead time. Creative authority To ensure consistent, cohesive style standards that best advance SUNY Delhi’s image, the Office of Marketing and Communications retains creative authority on all projects we develop. Submitting a request After submitting the project request form, you will receive an automatic email confirmation. (Please resubmit if you don't receive one.) Web Requests	The web team provides website maintenance, updates, development, and accessibility services. Submit a web request
Equipment Loans (Coming Soon)	The following equipment is available to campus departments for loan at no charge. A sign-in process and liability agreement are required. Large photo backdrop (10' x 8', Delhi-branded, portable) Trade show booth (10' x 10', Delhi-branded, includes podium and shelves) Headshot kit (backdrop, stand, ring light) Drone Action camera DSLR camera and lenses Submit an equipment loan request (COMING SOON)
