Shared Governance
College Council
The College Council serves as an oversight and advisory body to SUNY Delhi, the Officer
in Charge, and senior leadership. Meetings are held at least four times per year.
These meetings are open to the public. Under the provisions of state law, a portion of the meeting may be held in executive
                        session.
Executive Leadership Team
The Executive Leadership Team (ELT) comprises the Officer in Charge, Provost, Vice
Presidents, Chief Diversity Officer and Chief of Staff. The ELT meets weekly to discuss
strategic priorities and operations at SUNY Delhi.
President's Cabinet
The President’s Cabinet includes members of the Executive Leadership Team, Assistant
Vice Presidents and Deans. The President’s Cabinet meets weekly to implement the college’s
priorities and ensure pertinent information is being shared at numerous levels of
                  the college.
Leadership Team
The Leadership Team is an inclusive body of representation including members of the
President’s Cabinet and shared governance leadership such as the bargaining units,
College Senate, and Student Senate. The Leadership Team meets monthly to engage in
leadership activities to enable leaders to be more effective in their roles. Importantly,
this team was established to strengthen collaboration and communication across the
                  college.
Senior Council
The Senior Council is an opportunity for all campus members to participate in engaged
activities to meet folks from other areas on campus, build relationships while improving
the inner workings of the college. It typically meets twice a semester, at the beginning
and end. The intent of these meetings is to convene a broader group of leaders on
campus to inform and provide feedback on various initiatives, engage in professional
development, and foster community. The group was established to ensure all campus members were invited to have their
perspectives and insights including in improving the campus environment.
