 If you are currently enrolled or matriculated at another SUNY institution, you will also need to fill out the SUNY cross-registration application, not this form.

**Applications for full-term courses are now closed, as classes begin on Monday, August 31. However, applications remain open for sub-term sessions, including B and K sessions. Please consult the college catalog to check course availability.**
