VaccineFinder is updated daily, operated by Boston Children's Hospital and supported by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the United States Digital Service.
Once you are vaccinated, submit a copy of your vaccination card to Health Services via the student patient portal if a student, or bring your card to Human Resources if an employee.
