Transfer EOP Students

The Educational Opportunity Program is designed for students with the ability and talent to succeed in college but have limited academic and financial options to prove their dedication. EOP is designed to admit students who do not meet the traditional admissions standards but prove the desire and potential to earn a college degree. It provides supplemental support in tutoring, counseling, and financial aid to eligible students. 

Transfer students interested in EOP at SUNY Delhi must have been enrolled in an EOP/HEOP/SEEK/College Discovery program at their prior institution. If your previous college did not offer an EOP or similar program, you may be considered for transfer eligibility and should notify the SUNY Delhi Admissions office of your interest in EOP.

If you are a transfer EOP student, the Director of the Educational Opportunity Program or college personnel from your transferring college must complete the SUNY Delhi EOP Transfer Verification Form and send it directly to the SUNY Delhi EOP Office, eop@delhi.edu .  (only for transfer students)
