Commencement 2025
For Faculty & Staff
Faculty and staff are warmly invited to volunteer at this year’s Commencement Ceremony. We appreciate your willingness to help!
For those who plan to volunteer:
For those who plan to robe and walk:
- Please RSVP to Andrea Dibble at dibbleam@delhi.edu by Friday, May 9 to reserve your regalia. Please indicate your height and highest degree.
- Caps and gowns will be available for pick up in Bush 138 from Tuesday, May 13 – Friday, May 16. All caps and gowns must be returned by May 20 to Bush 131.
- If you plan to wear your own academic regalia, please let Andrea know by May 9 to ensure that we have enough chairs for all participating faculty and staff.
Parking:
- Faculty and Staff must park in the lower valley lot.
- A shuttle bus will be picking individuals up between 7:45 a.m. and 9:30 a.m.
Other considerations:
- For maximum comfort, also consider bringing a water bottle (water bottle filling stations will be available onsite) and sun protection (sunscreen, hats, hand-held fans, etc.).
