Commencement 2023
For Faculty & Staff
Faculty and staff are warmly invited to volunteer at this year’s Commencement Ceremony. We appreciate your willingness to help!
For those who plan to volunteer:
- Form to register will be available shortly...
For those who plan to robe and walk:
- Please RSVP to Andrea Dibble at dibbleam@delhi.edu by Friday, May 3 to reserve your regalia. Please indicate your height and highest degree.
- Caps and gowns will be available for pick up in Bush 131 Monday, May 6 – Friday, May 10. All caps and gowns must be returned by May 24 to Bush 131.
- If you plan to wear your own academic regalia, please let Andrea know by May 10 to ensure that we have enough chairs for all participating faculty and staff.
Parking:
- All faculty and staff need to park off campus on Commencement Day. Please park in town and walk to campus. You are welcome to wait at any of the shuttle locations on campus to be brought to the ceremony site.
Other considerations:
- For maximum comfort, also consider bringing a water bottle (water bottle filling stations will be available onsite) and sun protection (sunscreen, hats, hand-held fans, etc.).
