Parking

Please enter the campus through the main campus entrance (the South entrance is for outgoing traffic only). Officers will direct you to available campus parking. If you need accessible parking, please inform the officer at the entrance.

Shuttles will run continuously from campus parking lots to the Clark Field House starting at 7:45 am.

If you are attending the 2 pm ceremony, please do not arrive on campus until 12:30 pm at the earliest. This will allow guests from the morning services to exit the campus and free up parking.

Please allow enough time to walk or take a shuttle to the Clark Field House.

Seating and Additional Information

Seating is first come, first served. Ushers will guide you upon arrival. Please inform the ushers if you need accessible seating.

Bag Policy: No bags larger than a “wristlet” or clear bag smaller than 12”x6”x12” will be allowed inside the venue.

Exemptions:

• Diaper bags with items for small children
• Medical equipment
• Other bags at the discretion of staff / NYSUP

Bag Check Process (for exempted bags)

• Bag checks will be conducted by NYSUP at the point of guest entry at the Clark Fieldhouse.
• Patrons will be directed to open their bags, including all pockets and compartments.
• The inspector may use a tool, such as a small rod, to move items in the bag to fully view the bag's contents.
• The inspector may reach into the bag to remove/secure a prohibited item.

Additional disallowed items:

• No backpacks
• No noise making devices
• No flags / signs / banners
• Only approved regalia allowed
• No balloons
• No pets or emotional support animals

Alternate Viewing Locations

The ceremony will also be livestreamed in the Okun Theatre, located in the Farrell Student and Community Center, for those who prefer more comfortable seating.

A livestream link will also be posted online prior to each ceremony.

Accessibility

• Sign language interpreters will be present during the ceremonies.
• Live captioning will be available for the live stream.
• Accessible parking is located between Russell Hall and the Clark Field House. Upon arrival, please indicate to our officers that you need accessible parking. Shuttles will transport guests from accessible parking to the event site.
• Designated accessible seating is available. Upon arrival at the Clark Field House, ushers will lead you to the reserved areas.
