International Students
How to Apply
An international applicant is a prospective student who is neither a U.S. citizen nor permanent resident of the United States and will require a non-immigrant visa for study in the United States.
The application process at SUNY Delhi is based on a rolling admission plan wherein we will accept applications until the program has reached its acceptance or enrollment limit.
Completion of the application is recommended by March 1 (for Fall entry) and November 1 (for Spring entry).
Please note deadlines for complete applications as visa appointment wait times may be lengthy and course availability is limited.
