History

The Faculty & Staff of Color Association began in Spring 2018 with support from the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Office, now known as the Chief Diversity Office, chaired by a group of dedicated faculty and staff. This Association focuses on issues that are critically important to the retention and promotion, professional development and networking, and positive community building of faculty and staff of color.
