Summer Storage Information 

SUNY Delhi Residence Life

The Office of Residence Life offers returning students storage space for the summer in Gerry Hall.

Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for Summer Storage, students must:

• Be currently enrolled as a SUNY Delhi student
• Be living in campus-operated housing for the Spring 2026 semester
• Have a housing assignment for the Fall 2026 semester

Summer Storage Drop-Off Dates

Monday, May 11 – Friday, May 15
Drop-off times will be updated as we get closer to these dates.

Please allow yourself ample time to complete your drop-off.

Summer Storage Pick-Up Dates

Saturday, August 29 – Monday, September 7
Pick-up times will be updated as we get closer to these dates.

• Students returning early should reach out to Residence Life on a case-by-case basis to schedule a pick-up time
• All items must be picked up by September 7, 2026

Reservations & Payment

Purchase Dates:

• International Students: April 24, 2026
• All Students: April 27, 2026

Hours to Purchase:
Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Location: Catskill Hall, Room 111

• Reservations must be made in person with a valid SUNY Delhi ID
• Reservations are first-come, first-served until all spaces are filled
• Space is limited and may sell out quickly
• Payment is due at the time of reservation
• Accepted forms of payment: cash, credit/debit card, check, or money order
• Exact change is appreciated for cash payments

Important:

• Storage reservations are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Failure to drop off items during the scheduled window will not result in a refund
• Early removal of belongings (withdrawal, dismissal, or leaving campus) will not result in a refund

• • Recommended for under-bed storage or flat-screen TVs
  • Dimensions: 35.5” x 23.5” x 12”
  • Price: $60.00

¼ Pallet Space

• • For large/heavy items (refrigerator, microwave, desk chair)
  • Dimensions: 18" x 20" x 60"
  • Price: $65.00

Storage Policies

Storage Timeframe

• Items may only be stored between May 11 and September 7, 2026

Students who will not be returning for the Fall 2026 semester must contact Residence Life to arrange retrieval of belongings. Items must be removed within one week of notification or by the final deadline, whichever comes first.

Drop-Off & Pick-Up Procedures

• A valid SUNY Delhi ID must be presented at both drop-off and pick-up
• Students are responsible for transporting their own belongings
• Items must be dropped off and picked up during scheduled times only
• Items left in residence halls or other areas will not be stored and may be discarded

Item Requirements & Limitations

• Students must meet all eligibility requirements
• All items must fit within purchased storage dimensions (additional space must be purchased if needed)
• Refrigerators must be cleaned, defrosted, and completely dry
• No food items (perishable or non-perishable) are permitted
• Small items and clothing must be stored in sealed containers
• All items must be clearly labeled with the student’s first and last name and student ID number (800#)
• Unlabeled items may be discarded

SUNY Delhi reserves the right to refuse storage of any item that violates the Housing Policy Guide or Student Code of Conduct.

Disclaimer

Students store belongings at their own risk. SUNY Delhi is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal items. Students are encouraged to take valuables home.

Any unclaimed items after Monday, September 7, 2026, will be disposed of at the discretion of the college.
