New & Incoming Transfer Student Housing

New & Incoming Transfer Student Housing

For Students New to On-Campus Housing Fall 2026

Below are the instructions for completing new student housing requirements.

Step 1. Pay both the $50 tuition deposit and the $100 housing deposit on Bronco Web. Housing deposits are due on May 1st.

By noon on the next business day after paying your deposit, you will receive an email to your SUNY Delhi email with access to the Student Housing Portal, where your housing application is located.

Step 2. Log onto the Student Housing Portal to access your online housing application. To log on you will use your SUNY Delhi Single Sign On (SSO) credentials, which is also your SUNY Delhi email address and password. Housing applications are due by June 1st.

Your housing application is not complete until you have completed the housing license and request form.

Failure to complete your housing application by the deadline will result in being placed on a waitlist for housing.

Students who enroll after the deadline will not have guaranteed housing and will be housed on a first come first serve basis. Once housing is full, they will be placed on a waitlist.

Step 3. We will send you an email to your SUNY Delhi email address letting you know when assignments have been posted. You will be able to log back in to the Student Housing Portal at that point to view your housing assignment, including information regarding your roommate(s).
