Summer Conference Housing

Looking for a place to stay with just the basics? In the area and simply need a place to sleep and shower in the summer months? Stay on campus at SUNY Delhi!

SUNY Delhi is offering on campus housing for the following:

1. Groups not holding their events at SUNY Delhi, but looking for lodging in Delaware or Otsego County. Note: If your group or organization is holding an event on the SUNY Delhi Campus, you do not need to fill out this form, as your accommodations will be handled through your group's Revocable Permit through the Conferences and Meeting Services staff.
2. Families participating in baseball camps at All Star Village in Oneonta or Cooperstown
3. Non-SUNY Delhi internships in Delaware or Otsego County
4. Local conferences and trainings in Delaware or Otsego County
5. Other (ex: weddings, family reunions, etc. in Delaware or Otsego County)

Housing Options: Pods and Suites

Summer conference housing is located in Catskill Hall. This building has suite-style rooms that can accommodate up to 6 people in a room. There are two styles of housing requests for the summer.

Pod Housing: This would mean that you are lodging in a single or double occupancy room within the suite. Choosing this style would mean that other groups or individuals not in your party could book other rooms within the suite.

Full Suite Housing: This option allows you to book out the entire suite for yourself or a larger group.

Accommodations Include: Bathroom, common lounge area, microwave, mini-refrigerator. Access to a kitchen in the building is available. Laundry facilities are available in the building (you must provide your own laundry supplies.) There are no on-campus dining options available for guests, however, the Village of Delhi, has various restaurant and grocery options.

Rates

Note: These rates are per room not per person.

Single Room/Pod Nightly Rate: $50.00

Double Room/Pod Nightly Rate: $75.00

Single Room/Pod Weekly Rate: $300.00

Double Room/Pod Weekly Rate: $450.00

Entire Suite Rate Nightly Rate: $225.00

Entire Suite Rate Weekly Rate: $1,350.00

Linen Charge: $15.00 per bed for length of stay (optional). Note if bringing own linens the mattresses are Twin XL size.

Required Security Deposit: $125.00 (refundable after successful post-stay room inspection.)

Note: All rates subject to 2% Delaware County Occupancy Tax and an 8% sales tax.

This form is just a request for housing, NOT a reservation. Our Summer Conference Housing Team will reach out to you to discuss final details and, if space is available, officially book the reservation. Please note that it may take 1 to 2 business days to receive a response from the Summer Conference Housing Team, therefore please complete the inquiry form with ample time before your stay.

In the booking process, documentation will need to be submitted that verifies one of the criteria stated above has been met prior to the College booking your reservation. The College reserves the right to deny the request for any reason including, but not limited to, availability, and if sufficient documentation is not provided. After booking, patrons will receive an official invoice and link for payment.
