Lunch will be provided in the Farrell Commons from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Please volunteer to help clean out a location on campus other than your own department by signing up with Donna Wood (firstname.lastname@example.org, x4010). Bush Hall basement, Smith Hall basement, South and Thurston Halls will be cleaned out.
Collection Points for Disposal of Property
To facilitate clean up, extra garbage cans and garbage pick-ups will be provided by
custodial staff in each building. Because of the expected volume of garbage that day,
please take your own items (whenever possible) to the dumpster located at the Bush
Hall loading dock.
If you need assistance, call the Facilities Work Order line at x4020. If you know you are going to need help (e.g., to move a large item), please submit a Facilities Work Order as soon as possible by emailing email@example.com or calling x4020.
Please view below for more information regarding PROPERTY DISPOSAL, RECORDS RETENTION, ZERO-SORT, and DONATING USABLE ITEMS
