January Orientation
January 2026 Bronco Ready Orientation – Friday, January 16 - Sunday, January 18, 2026
Mission Statement: The mission of the January Bronco Ready Orientation Program is to provide meaningful programs and services that will enhance students’ sense of belonging to the SUNY Delhi community that prepares and positions them for academic and personal success.
The January Bronco Ready Orientation Program is required for all new incoming undergraduate students. This includes commuters and transfer students. It does not include any readmit or reentry students who were previously enrolled and attended SUNY Delhi.
Online Component
Students will be sent information to their SUNY Delhi email in early January about the required online course. The course is self-paced online. Both parts must be completed before the first day of classes. Failure to complete the course will result in a hold on the student's records.
ID Photos
You must submit a suitable photo for your ID card as soon as possible and well prior to Orientation. You will need to bring a government issued ID card with you to receive your SUNY Delhi ID card. This is a driver's license or government issued photo ID card. Only the Delhi Student willbe able to obtaing their own ID card. Residential Move-In Information
New Residential Student Move In is on Friday, Janaury 16 from 10:00 to 12:00 pm ONLY. Information on the arrival process, checking in, signing up for wireless internet, and more is located on the Incoming Students Arrival Information page . Please review this information prior to coming to campus. Additional information on the check-in process will be sent to your delhi student email address. The Campus Bookstore will be open during orientaiton weekend. Times are subject to change. Please check times on their website.
The Student Mail Center will be open duing orientation weekend. Times to be determined. January 16 and 18.
January Bronco Ready Orientation is a mandatory program for all new incoming students including commuters and transfer students. Any checklist items or related matters should be completed before or after the program. Please refer to the Accepted Students Page to ensure you have completed those checklist items.
