Follow the steps below to finalize your enrollment and become a member of the SUNY Delhi community.

Step 1 - Access Bronco Web & Delhi Email 

Please see these instructions for logging into Bronco Web and Email    for the first time.

Bronco Web is a central portal where students can access their student information, class schedule, view their bill and more. For additional information, view this video which describes Bronco Web and how to log in  

Important: All official communication from SUNY Delhi will be sent to your @live.delhi.edu email account.

To ensure that all college information arrives in your preferred email, use the email forwarding feature in your @live.delhi.edu account.

Step 2 - Pay Your Deposit
  • All incoming students must pay the deposit .
  • The residential student deposit is $150: $50 toward an admission deposit, $100 toward a housing deposit.
    The commuting student admission deposit is $50.
  • Due to high demand and limited lab space, many of our technology programs will reach their capacity limits prior to the May 1st deadline. This may result in your acceptance being waitlisted prior to May 1st.

  • The admission deposit for students entering in Fall 2026 is fully refundable until May 1, 2026. The housing deposit for Fall 2026 is refundable until June 1st, 2026.

Deposit refunds:

Students entering in Fall 2026 have until May 1, 2026 to request a refund of their admission deposit. If the student is accepted after May 1, 2026, they have 30 days from the date of their acceptance. This request must be in writing and can be sent via fax to 607-746-4104, by emailing enroll@delhi.edu, or by sending the request to SUNY Delhi, Office of Admissions, 454 Delhi Drive, Delhi, NY 13753.

  • Payment options:

    OPTION 1:

    • Pay your deposit in your application portal under Deposit information for incoming students section
    • Hit the SUBMIT PAYMENT FOR $50.00 USD link
    • Hit the SUBMIT PAYMENT FOR $100 USD link if living on campus (If living off campus must fill out the Request to live off campus form)

      OPTION 2: (Option 1 is preferred)
      Pay by check or money order.  Make check payable to SUNY Delhi and mail to Student Financial Services, SUNY Delhi, 454 Delhi Drive, Delhi, NY 13753
Step 3 - Apply for Financial Aid
  • Federal Student Aid: Submit the 2026-27 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)  to find out what federal student aid you qualify for, such as the Pell Grant, Subsidized/Unsubsidized Student Loans, and more.  Be sure to add our school code of 002857 to your application.
  • NYS Grants & Scholarships: After submitting the FAFSA, apply for the Tuition Assistance Program (TAP), NYS Excelsior Scholarship, and more on the HESC  website.  Other ways to apply for NYS aid without submitting the FAFSA include the NYS Dream Act Application  and the Alternate Eligibility Path .
  • Scholarships:
    • The Online Merit Scholarship requires a separate application. If you are eligible to apply, there will be a link in your Application Portal.  Deadlines apply.
    • The Presidential Scholarship also requires a separate application and deadlines apply.
    • Apply for SUNY Delhi Campus-Based Scholarships and search for external opportunities in the Scholarship Universe database. Keep checking back for new opportunities!
  • Other Aid Opportunities: Visit our Apply for Aid webpage to explore other financial aid options.
  • Financial Aid Offer: New students who have been accepted to SUNY Delhi and have submitted the 2026-27 FAFSA will receive a link to their Financial Aid Offer by email and SMS (if opted-in) as early as February 2026.  Aid offers will also be available in Bronco Web.
  • Bronco Web: Log into Bronco Web  to view your most recent financial aid offer, accept or decline student loan offers, and review any outstanding requirements. For navigation instructions, follow the steps in our Bronco Web Navigation Guide.
  • Financial Aid Appeal: If your financial situation has significantly changed since the 2024 tax year that was reported on your 2026-27 FAFSA, consider submitting a Special Circumstance Financial Adjustment appeal in the Student Forms Portal. 
  • Books & Supplies: Plan ahead for purchasing books and supplies!
    • Books and supplies can be purchased through the SUNY Delhi Barnes & Noble Bookstore. These costs are not included in the student’s billing statement and are a separate expense.
    • Some degree programs require additional supplies. Check out your program webpage for any specific requirements.
  • Important Dates: Stay on track with your financial aid and billing account with our Important Dates webpage.

Step 4 - Reserve a Residence Hall Room
  • Students who have paid their deposit and are planning to live on campus will receive notification on how to reserve a space in one of our residence halls.
  • Rooms are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. Our Housing Application for Fall 2026 will be available by March 2, 2026.
  • Housing for Fall 2026 is guaranteed until May 1, 2026, if you have paid your deposit and have completed the housing contract.

Step 5 - Set up your Student ID Card

ACTION REQUIRED: Submit a picture for your Student ID.

Step 6 - Attend Accepted Student Events

Unlock your potential and attend Accepted Students day, which is a great opportunity to discover the campus.

Step 7 - Submit All Final Transcripts (High School and College)
  • Upon graduation, ask your high school to send an official, final high school transcript that includes your graduation date.
  • The final, official transcript is also required to release your financial aid.
  • We also require official transcripts from every college you have attended.

    ACTION REQUIRED: Provide SUNY Delhi with all final, official high school and college transcripts before arriving on campus.
Step 8 - Complete Online Training Course
  • Online Component: Students will be sent instructions within the first week of July to their SUNY Delhi email address on completing the “Orientation Course” before arriving.
  • All new students must complete all content and receive passing grades on all quizzes within the mandated training section. Topics include Fire Safety, Title IX: Sexual Harassment, and Alcohol & Drug education.
  • You will not have access to complete the course until you receive the email with instructions. Certain portions will go live in July, and others in early August.
Step 9 - Submit Health Requirements
  • Students are required to submit Health and Immunization Information via the patient portal  after they have submitted their admission deposit. This must be completed prior to attendance.

Step 10 - Semester Bills & Financial Aid
  • Prepare for the fall semester billing deadline by applying for financial aid and reviewing your student account information in Bronco Web ahead of time.

  • As soon as you have received your financial aid offer, compare your aid options with your estimated cost of attendance to determine if additional assistance is needed.

  • View current year costs such as tuitionfeeshousing, and meal plans on our website. Check back for updates regarding costs for the 2025-2026 academic year.

  • Other payment options include:

    • Debit/credit card, cash, and check

    • Payment Plan

    • Other outside resources such as the NYS 529 savings plan, Veteran Educational Benefits, Employer/Union tuition reimbursements, ACCES-VR benefits and more.

      The deadline to pay your Fall semester charges is August 17, 2026. 

  • Semester bills are typically available 30 days prior to the start of the semester for students who are registered for classes and are usually due before the semester begins.
  • Students are sent an email notification to their SUNY Delhi email account when their online billing statement is available.
  • Include a parent or other responsible party by adding them as an Authorized Payer. This allows the student to grant access to an individual(s) to receiving billing notification emails, view the bill online and make online payments on behalf of the student.
Step 11 - Register Your Vehicle

Online Registration Instructions:
1. Log in to Bronco Web .
2. Enter your username and Password.
3. Under Student Services and Financial Aid tab, select Parking Permits.
4. Disable Pop Up Blocker.
5. Fill in all the required information.
6. Choose payment option and complete form.

ACTION REQUIRED: Register your vehicle online prior to orientation.

Step 12 - Students with Disabilities Connect with Access and Equity Form
Step 13 - Online Delhi Introduction Disclosure you cannot do this step until you are a paid deposited student and are registered for classes. First time students will be registered by the department or your academic advisor.

  1. To access the Student Orientation to Brightspace in Online Delhi: On the SUNY Delhi website, navigate to the top toolbar and select “Online Delhi”, or enter via https://online.delhi.edu/ 
  2. Login with Single Sign On information (Un: Full email address Pw: Delhi Password)
  3. Once you have logged in, you will see your courses listed in the middle section of the page under My Courses.
  4. Locate and click on the tile for Delhi Student Orientation to Brightspace .
Step 14 - Attend Welcome Week

The time has come! All new Fall 2026 students (first-time and transfer) will arrive at SUNY Delhi for the start of the fall semester. During Welcome Week, our campus will be jam-packed full of activities leading up to the start of classes! Learn more about Welcome Week.
