The Student Mail Center
Students who receive a package and/or letter will get an email in their SUNY Delhi student email as a notification. The student can then pick up the package or letter at the Student Mail Center, located on the Club Level of Farrell Center. The Student Mail Center is open Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Students must present either their physical/actual college I.D. or a physical/actual driver's license to pick up their package or letter. The email for the student mail center is: studentmailcenter@delhi.edu. PLEASE NOTE: All mail and packages must list the student's name as the addressee and be addressed as shown below. Students will not be able to pick up packages if the addressee doesn't match the student's name and/or the item is not addressed properly.
Student Mail Center Window Hours:
The Student Mail Center may be closed due to inclement weather, especially if classes are canceled.
- Regular semester hours: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. until 5 p.m., unless otherwise posted at the Student Mail Center.

Student Mailing Address
Student mail and packages will be sent to the Student Mail Center. No mail will be sent to the Residence Halls. Student addresses must be written exactly as shown:
Student Name
649 Bronco Drive, _______
Delhi, NY 13753-4450
- For your "mailbox number" students should use their email prefix in the blank shown above (the part before @live.delhi.edu).
Please see SUNY Delhi's Chosen Name Policy if you go by another name other than your legal first name.
If you've submitted a Chosen Name Request that has been approved, you may also still use your legal name. However, please be sure to bring a photo ID that matches the name you used.
Students who are currently enrolled in fully online classes, but live locally, can still utilize the Student Mail Center. Please email studentmailcenter@delhi.edu to get a mailing address.
Packages and letters will only be delivered if the name on the envelope or label matches the name on the photo ID. Do not use alternative names that have not been approved through the Chosen Name Policy.
Walmart+ Same Day Delivery/DoorDash Deliveries
Special attention is strongly recommended in placing same day delivery orders via Walmart+ subscriptions or DoorDash as they are fulfilled by independent couriers rather than traditional mail delivery vendors (USPS/UPS/FedEx.) As such please ensure the delivery window selected corresponds to a time period which the student receiving the delivery will be available to receive the delivery and/or a phone call from the delivery courier. Also note, in most cases, there is a special text box in the ordering process on the apps to leave specific instructions to the delivery courier. Since many of these orders use the same mailing address for the campus as traditionally mailed student packages, the Student Mail Center is not equipped to hold or store these food delivery items. This is especially since, in many cases, the orders contain perishable items and/or items that need to be refrigerated or kept frozen. Following these suggestions will go a long way to ensure students get their deliveries as smoothly as possible.
Additional services include:
- USPS postage stamps
- Pre-paid UPS and FedEx drop-off
- Voter Registration Forms
