The Student Mail Center is located in Farrell Student and Community Center, Club Level, Room B09.

Saturday and Sunday, January 21-22: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Semester Hours
Open Monday to Friday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (hours are subject to change)
The Student Mail Center
All students have a mailbox number on campus. New students will receive their mailbox number at Welcome Weekend. Students who receive a package and/or letter will get an email in their SUNY Delhi student email as a notification. The student can then pick up the package or letter at the Student Mail Center, located on the Club Level of Farrell Center. The Student Mail Center is open Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Students must show either their college I.D. or a driver's license to pick up their package or letter. The email for the student mail center is: studentmailcenter@delhi.edu.
Student Mail Center Window Hours:
The Student Mail Center may be closed due to inclement weather, especially if classes are canceled.
- Regular semester hours: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. until 5 p.m., unless otherwise posted at the Student Mail Center.
- Hours may vary during breaks and finals week.
Student Mailing Address
Student mail and packages will be sent to the Student Mail Center. No mail will be sent to the Residence Halls. Student addresses must be written exactly as shown:

- Students who began before fall of 2021 will have a 4 digit mailbox number to be used in the blank; write only the 4 digit mailbox number in the blank.
- Students who began during or after fall of 2021 should use their email prefix in the blank (the part before @live.delhi.edu).
Please see SUNY Delhi's Chosen Name Policy if you go by another name other than your legal first name.
If you've submitted a Chosen Name Request that has been approved, you may also still use your legal name. However, please be sure to bring a photo ID that matches the name you used.
Students who are currently enrolled in fully online classes, but live locally, can still utilize the Student Mail Center. Please email studentmailcenter@delhi.edu to get a mailing address.
Packages and letters will only be delivered if the name on the envelope or label matches the name on the photo ID. Do not use alternative names that have not been approved through the Chosen Name Policy.
