SUNY Delhi Waives Application Fee for Military and Military-Connected Graduate Students

Effective this fall, SUNY Delhi will offer an application fee waiver for military and military-connected students pursuing a graduate degree. The decision to waive the non-refundable $50 application fee aligns with a SUNY-wide policy to support military and military-connected students.

To qualify for the fee waiver, the applicant must be an active duty service member, National Guard or active Reserve member, veteran, or spouse, or dependent child of an active duty, National Guard, active Reserve, or veteran spouse.

According to SUNY Delhi Director of Admissions and Enrollment Management Robert Piurowski, the graduate study application fee waiver comes with unanimous support from campus leadership.

“With this measure, we further validate SUNY Delhi’s pursuit to be a military-friendly campus through all our options both on campus, online, and through our community college partnerships,” Piurowski said.

SUNY Delhi Associate Director of Admissions Misty Fields added, “The fee waiver helps to honor students for their service and strengthen our commitment to providing affordable access to education while assisting students in advancing their careers.”

Qualified applicants should reach out to the SUNY Delhi Office of Admissions at 607-746-4550 or enroll@delhi.edu and request the Graduate Admissions Application Fee Waiver Request form.
