SUNY Delhi Announces Update to Human Resource Management Program Admissions

SUNY Delhi is pleased to announce updates to the enrollment and availability for its bachelor's program in Human Resource Management. The change will provide more flexible entry into the programs.

The Human Resource Management bachelor's program is now available to students in a fully online format. SUNY Delhi is the only SUNY institution to offer a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management online. According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, over 10,000 job openings for human resource professionals are projected each year over the next decade with a median annual wage over $115,000 for individuals with this degree. Preferred applicants for this program should have an associate degree in business, although applicants with other associate degrees with relevant coursework, or 60 college credits with related coursework, will also be considered.

According to SUNY Delhi Director of Admissions and Enrollment Management Robert Piurowski '02, the enhancements to the programs are a result of listening to current and prospective students and modifying the admission requirements to meet their needs.

"SUNY Delhi is committed to offering programs that are relevant and in demand, not only from a student perspective but for opportunities to pursue rewarding careers," Piurowski said.
