How do I change my major
- Changes of major are approved by faculty first, then sent to the Registrar's Office to be processed. Requests received after the second week of classes will be processed for a future semester.

How do I order a transcript?
- For complete instructions on ordering an academic transcript, you may visit our web page. Former students who attended 1990 or later may order their transcript via this link .
- What is my Alternate PIN and how is it used?
- The Alternate PIN is a 6-digit passcode that students use to access Registration in Bronco Web. This number is given to the student by their advisor or another member of their academic unit when they are advised which courses to take. The Registrar's Office cannot give a student their Alternate PIN.

How to Register for Classes

NEW Students (Freshmen and Transfer): If you are an incoming student, your schedule will be created for you by your academic department.
CONTINUING Students: You will register yourself for classes in Bronco Web using the Alternate PIN your advisor gave you. Here are some directions that could be helpful.
READMITTED/RETURNING Students: Your schedule will be created for you in conjunction with your academic department.
NON-MATRICULATED Students: If you are not a SUNY Delhi student but wish to take a course with us, please refer to our non-degree student information.

Bronco Web is a central portal where students can view financial aid, view their bill, register for classes, see their schedule, see their grades, update personal information, and more!

Can I get a copy of my grades mailed home?
- Grades are only available on Bronco Web .

How do I obtain information about a student's grades?

Student records are protected under federal law by the Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). No grades are disclosed via e-mail or over the telephone, whether to the student or someone with a signed FERPA consent form.
The student may log in to Bronco Web to show anyone their grades as they wish. If you need a written grade report, the student must request a transcript.
NOTE: A signed FERPA form does not authorize a third party to process transactions (e.g., request a transcript or request enrollment verifications) on the student's behalf.

How do I log in to Bronco Web?
- Log in to Bronco Web using your Delhi student ID and login information (found in acceptance letter). You will be prompted to change your password and to create a "hint question" and "answer."

How do I update my mailing address?

Log in to Bronco Web to change your address.
If you are unable to log in to Bronco Web, please email your updated address to registrar@delhi.edu from your Delhi student email account.
Come to the Registrar's Office (Bush Hall Room 124) with photo ID and fill out the change of address form.
If you have graduated, you may go to the Alumni & Giving web page at this link Alumni & Giving and click on the link labeled, "Update Your Information."
