Enrollment and Degree Verifications
The Registrar's Office provides enrollment verification to students to serve as proof of your status as a student at SUNY Delhi. You may be asked to provide proof of enrollment to an insurer, a loan agency, government entity, or other organization in order to receive or continue to receive benefits.
Enrollment verification may be requested via email, mail, fax, in person, or by phone.*
(*When requesting via phone, verification can only be sent to the student's on file permanent address.)
Enrollment Verification requests must include:
- Your full name
- Name when enrolled (if different)
- Your student identification number (800#) or last 4 digits of your Social Security number
- Date of Birth
- A daytime telephone number and address where we can contact you, if necessary
- Complete name and address of person or place receiving the verification

For Organizations/Outside Institutions
SUNY Delhi has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to provide degree and enrollment verifications acting as our agent. All organizations and outside institution requesting enrollment verifications must be processed through the National Student Clearinghouse.
