Important Financial Aid Deadlines for Spring 2025
Don't wait! As we near the end of the spring semester, students that haven't completed their 2024-25 financial aid applications and/or missing requirements are encouraged to do so as soon as possible. Submissions near the end or after the spring 2025 semester may result in ineligibility for some financial aid programs.
Summer 2025 Financial Aid
Students that plan to register for summer courses and use financial aid are encouraged to apply now. Visit our Summer Aid webpage for instructions on how to apply for summer financial aid.
New Student Financial Aid Offers
New students that have been accepted to SUNY Delhi for Fall 2025 and have submitted a 2025-26 FAFSA will begin to receive their aid offers by email in mid-February.
NYS Excelsior Scholarship
The Spring 2025 application is now closed. The Fall 2025 application is expected to open for new recipients in the summer of 2025. Register for communications from HESC by email and text message.
SUNY Delhi Campus Based Scholarship Application
The Campus Based Scholarship Application is now open and all new and returning students are encourages to apply!
SUNY Foster Youth College Success Initiative (FYCSI)
The FYCSI program provides financial aid support to eligible recipients. All students - regardless of immigration status - are eligible to access funding and resources through FYCSI if they are determined eligible. Check out the SUNY FYCSI website for eligibility criteria and if you believe you may be eligible, submit the Consent form to Student Financial Services using our Secure Upload Link.
Part-Time Aid Options
Studying part-time? Financial aid grants are available for eligible part-time students! Check out our Grants web page for more information about the Federal Pell Grant, Part-Time TAP and the Aid for Part-Time Study (APTS) program.
SUNY Tuition Refund Policy
Students who withdraw from college or drop individual classes may incur liability, based on the date of withdrawal. If you are considering withdrawing from college, or may drop individual classes, the full SUNY Delhi refund policy, including housing/meal plan refunds, and deadlines can be found on our Withdrawal from College web page.
